Oaken Directory is a subsidiary of Oaken Events Limited. It was conceptualised in 2009 as a result of yearnings for a go-to guide on tourist information and reference directory of local events suppliers ranging from caterers, florist, entertainers, event planners etc. as well as to serve the information need of the corporate industry.

Since inception, Oaken directory has successfully launched two volumes of the directory. 

The maiden edition of the directory is a 434-page resource material providing easy reference listing for over 2,000 local events suppliers. It also features over 30-pages of tourist articles such as venues, bars and restaurants in different Nigeria cities, venues around Lagos state, and upcoming events in Nigeria etc. As the need of the directory grew by the day, the team saw the need to move it beyond, from being an event directory to being a resource directory hence the change in name to Oaken Resource Directory.

The second edition of the directory contains new categories added to it which include professional services and health, beauty and style. It is a 494-page resource directory, rich in information of different businesses in Nigeria.

The Directory is designed with easy to use tabs and a comprehensive index system to enable users find information quickly and without fuss.

The Directory would be printed biennially and updated annually.
